With over one million visitors each year, Gateshead Quays is one of the North East's most iconic locations. The area has seen huge transformation over the last 15 years and is now a thriving cultural destination, home to world-class attractions like Sage Gateshead and BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art.
Gateshead's premier office location covers 19 hectares, south of Gateshead Quays and Newcastle City Centre. The site is close to Gateshead's town centre, which has great local connections via the bus and Metro. It's also close to the exciting new leisure development on Gateshead Quays.
Established in 1937 as the UK's first industrial estate, the area is now home to 700 businesses and over 25,000 employees. It continues to remain one of the largest commercial estates in Europe. Team Valley provides a range of office and industrial premises, in a well laid out, attractive environment.
Located in eastern Gateshead, the site provides access to the A1(M), A19 and Tyne Tunnel. The site helps support the growth of the distribution, logistics and manufacturing sectors. The existing Follingsby Park site is a 45-hectare industrial estate, with development opportunities ranging from 5,250 - 8,000 m².
MetroGreen is an ambitious regeneration project which will transform the land around intu Metrocentre into a new residential area of 2,000 homes.
Central Gateshead offers a series of new development opportunities, all near Gateshead Interchange, which connects us with the rest of the North East.
